Nestova, LLC runs managed workforce programs that supply skilled craft labor to industrial and commercial construction projects — sourced from vetted local staffing firms. One program. Local crews.
Large builds pull labor from many staffing firms, each with its own paperwork, rates and contacts. Nestova puts them under one program, so the general contractor deals with one point of contact for the life of the project.
Participating staffing firms pay the program fee. The GC and its trade partners pay nothing extra.
Staffing firms keep payroll, workers' comp and liability. Nestova manages the program.
Supplier firms based near the jobsite — starting with Blacksburg, Gaffney and Spartanburg.
